Hi, I’m Emily—the one behind the camera, and very often the one reminding you to slow down and soak it all in.
I’m a full-time mom and photographer, raising three awesome kiddos! We’re a first responder family— I spent the first many years of my adult life working pre hospital EMS—so service, resilience, and family run deep in our home. With that I hold many certifications, including 4 separate newborn safety certifications.
You’ll usually find me with an iced coffee or alani in hand, chasing good light, sunsets, and the beautifully ordinary moments that make up real life.
Photography, for me, is about connection. I love building relationships with the families I work with and being invited back to document new seasons—growing bellies, tiny newborn days, wobbly first steps, and all the in-between moments that pass far too quickly. Whether we’re outdoors, in the comfort of your home, or in my studio, my goal is always the same: to create images that feel honest, emotional, and timeless.
Parenthood is filled with irreplaceable moments that can slip away with time. I’m here to help you capture and keep them vivid.
In December of 2021, my husband was critically shot while on duty. At the time, we had two very young children, Christmas was 3 days away, and the outcome was uncertain for hours durning his emergency surgery. As I waited, I found myself scrolling through the photos on my phone—images of him, of the kids—but very few of our family together.
I remember wondering if those few photographs would be enough for my infant son to grow up knowing his father if the unthinkable happened.
Thankfully, he survived. But that moment changed everything.
It showed me just how much photographs matter—not as pretty images, but as proof of love, connection, and life as it was. From that day forward, I promised myself that no family I worked with would ever feel they didn’t have enough of the moments that mattered most.
That promise lives at the heart of my work. I focus on photographs that feel emotional, honest, and lasting—images meant to be held onto for generations. It’s also why I strive to keep my offerings accessible, and why I proudly offer special pricing for first responder families.
These photographs aren’t just for today. They’re for remembering, for telling your story, and for holding on—no matter what life brings.

Motherhood is my life. Being a mom is hands down what I live for. Its what makes me happy and keeps me going in life. My absolute passion is being able to embrace motherhood and make sure to be a hype women for every other mom I met.
With that being said about my feelings on Motherhood, it only make sense for me to become a literal professional hype women and support of all things Motherhood photography. From the very start of your journey, until my last days, supporting moms and capturing the most special moments in their lives is where you'll find me!

Emily did our new born photos and was amazing!! I was so stressed about photos after a rough birth and recovery, I wasn’t sure I’d be able to get out of the house looking presentable and ready for all those pictures.
